What is ADVISOR by Threatwise™?
ADVISOR is an AI-powered decision-support tool built to assist Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) professionals. It helps organize concerns, structure information, and generate clear triage summaries. It does not replace professional judgment or multidisciplinary review.
Is ADVISOR a risk assessment or prediction tool?
No. ADVISOR does not diagnose, predict violence, or assign risk scores. It is designed to support structured thinking and documentation. Final decisions must always be made by qualified professionals.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjustments are prorated where applicable.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts are required. All paid plans are month-to-month unless you select an annual subscription. You may cancel at any time.
What happens after the free trial or beta access?
If you enroll in a paid plan with a trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Beta or demo access is limited and may be modified or discontinued as the platform evolves.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. For higher-tier or organizational plans, invoicing options may be available upon request.
Is my data secure?
ADVISOR is built with privacy by design principles. By default, chat content is not retained, user data is not used to train AI models, and payment data is handled by Stripe rather than stored by Threatwise. We implement industry-standard safeguards, but the platform is not intended for highly regulated or sensitive data unless authorized within your organization.
Does ADVISOR store chat history?
By default, chat content is processed in real time and not retained. Some plans may include optional memory features or expanded retention settings. You remain responsible for reviewing and managing any stored content.
Who is ADVISOR designed for?

What is included in Professional Plus?
Professional Plus includes everything in Team, plus limited expert-supported case review and priority advisory feedback within defined response thresholds. This tier is intended for higher-stakes environments that benefit from additional oversight.
